The valley is on the trade route from leh to Khangar via Samsar and Karakoram pass. Apart from unparallel trekking opportunities. The valley have several Buddhist Gompas Diskit Gompa is 350 years old and is situated on the highest point near the village in which there are about 120 Resident Buddhist Monks. Nubra valley is also known for its double humped bacterian camels. The camels are led in the forest to graze during summer and brought back during winter season.

Day 01: Srinagar – Kargil
After early breakfast depart for Kargil (204 Kms) Stop at Sonmarg (Meadows of Gold) for Hot Lunch. Arrive Kargil in at Hotel D'Zogila/ Kargil. Dinner & over night stay will be at the hotel.
Day 02: Kargil- Uleytokpo
After Breakfast drive for Leh (235 Kms - & District Headquarters of Ladakh Region at an altitude of of 3500 Mts.) en-route visit to the monastery of Mulbekh & Lamayuru & pass through Namikala & Fatula Passes, The highest pass on the Srinagar- Leh road. Relish hot lunch at Lamayuru in a local restaurant. Arrive Uleytokpo & check in at Uleytokpo Ethnic Resort for over night stay & meals.
Day 03: Uleytokpo
Later drive towards Alchi Gompa, The most beautiful Gompa of Ladakh also called the Jewel among the centrals Ladakh's religious sites. It’s known as Chos-Kor, or religious enclave. It comprises five temples which are noted for its massive Buddha Statues and lavish wood carvings and art work for its mural dating from 11th to 12th centuries, Pre-date the Tibetan styles of painting that is present in all other Gompa’s. Drive 3 Km from to Rizong Gompa. It involves 2 Kms of walk to reach main Gompa situated deep inside the narrow valley. Return to Uleytokpo camp for all meals & over night stay.
Day 04: Uleytokpo-Leh
Morning free to explore the surroundings or indulge in individual activities. After lunch proceeded to Leh & en-route visit Likir Gompa. Likir Gompa that is situated at the head of the village of the same name straggles down the valley of a side-stream flowing into the Indus between the Basgo & Saspol. It seems to have benn founded in 12th century. It is the seat of the Ngri Rinpoche, an incretion at present embodied in the younger brother of Dalai Lama. Arrive Leh and check in at Hotel for overnight stay & meals. In evening walk up to Samker Gompa & Leh Bazaar. Samker Gompa is little up in the valley 3 Kms from Leh town, which is open for visitors in morning and evening only. The Gompa belongs to the yellow-sect & was founded in 18th cetury. The Gompa is the seat of Head Lama of Ladakh and founder of Yellow Sect, Tson-Kha-Pa, The temple walls have painted of figures included Sakyamuni, Avalokiteshwara, Tson-Kha-Pa and green Tara. After Samker, Visit Leh temple & walk back to Leh bazaar through the famous Leh Polo Ground. Overnight stay & Meal will be at the Hotel.
Day 05: Leh
Full day return trip to Shey, Hemis & Thiksey Gompa with pack lunch. Hemis Gompa is the largest and richest Gompa in Ladakh, it nestles into the mountainside a little way up in the mountains of Zanskar range. Hemis was founded in 1630s by Tsang-Ras-Pa under the royal patronage of Singge Namgyal built the more imposing palace complex and barren plain to the north of the road. Thiksey is one of the largest and most impressive Gompa. There are several temples in this Gompa containing images stupas and exquisite wall paintings. It also houses the two-storied Bhudda that has the main prayer hall around its shoulder. Return to Leh for meal and over night stay.
Day 06 : Leh-Nubra
Early morning leave Leh for 3 days trip to Nubra Valley passing through Horzey and Gangles village. The road then rises to reach Khardungklla (5602 Mts) the world’s highest motor able road and enjoy the landscapes and the beautiful birds eye view of the Leh town. Halt for a picnic lunch at Khardong village, another 35 Kms drive takes to Khalsar at Shyok Valley, were the scenery is all round. The road crossing the Khalsar Bridge at Shayok River enters Nubra valley & the proceeds along the Nubra. River to arrive in the afternoon at Tegar or Kyegar as locally called. Meals & overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 07 : Nubra
Full day visit to Deskit & Hunder village. Deskit, The HQ town of Nubra valley. Driving for 30 Kms takes to Khalsar Bridge. Deskit is the administrative HQ's of Nubra valley. But from the historical and tourist point of view, Deskit is famous for 515 years old Buddhist Monastery, lying magnificently situated on a hilltop, facing the entire valley. Further drive from Deksit to Hunder. Another 15 to 20 Kms drive. At Hunder you may see a few double-dumped Humped, Hairy camels. Later drive back on the same road towards Sumur to PANAMIK for hot springs. The road after continues to Siachen Glacier, Which is accessibility to army personal only. Return to Lhari-Mo North camp. Meals and overnight stay will be at the camp.
Day 08 : Nubra – Leh
After breakfast, Drive back to Leh from the same route + arrive Leh & check - In at your hotel for overnight stay and all meals.
Day 09 : Leh
Morning half-day sight seeing of Phayng & Spituk Gompa 8 kms from Leh, Sppituk stands majestically atop a hillock overlooking the Indus Valley for miles. Many icons and fine "Tangakas" are to be found in this 15th century monastery. It also houses a collection of ancient masks; antique arms and is inspiring images of "MAHAKALA.” The face of the Kali image is kept covered and revealed only at the annual function in January after every two years. Visit to Phyang Monastery, which is 17kms from Leh, Build by Tashi Namgyal n 16th century A.D. Afternoon visit Stok Palace museum which displays fabulous period costumes and jewelry of the royalty along the exquisite Tanghakas representing the life of the Sakya-Muni Bhudda. Interesting historical objects.like coins, seals, armour, weapons, precious, jade, and porcelain.
Day 10 : Leh – Delhi
In time transfer to airport to connect the flight for Delhi
