Gondola Lift
Gondola lift is a kind of a lift, which is popularly known as cable car. The lift in Gulmohar extends till the top of Aphrawat peak to an elevation of 3980 m giving absolutely breathtaking views of Gulmohar and nearby areas. The Gondola lift also connects to the ski resort making it the highest ski resort served by lift in the entire world.

Skiing

Alpather Lake

The lake is situated at the foot of Apharwat peaks at a height and to reach there, trekking becomes a great option. One can also take a ride on the horse back to the lake. The main feature of the lake is, it remains frozen till the month of June, and even after that you can see ice caps floating in the lake.

Day 1 : Arrive Jammu - Katra
Arrive Jammu airport / railway station and transfer to Katra. On arrival in Katra check-in hotel.

Day 2 : Katra

Spend the day for Darshan. Breakfast, Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 3 : Katra - Srinagar

After breakfast check-out hotel and proceed to Srinagar. On arrival in Srinagar check -in hotel / houseboat. Srinagar is also known as "Paradise on Earth" and "The Venice of Asia". Dinner and overnight at hotel / houseboat.

Day 4 : Srinagar - Sonamarg - Srinagar

After breakfast leave on a day's tour to Sonamarg (9000 fts a.s.l) the "The Golden Meadow". Sonamarg is the beginning of the enchanted journey into a natural wonderland. Surrounded by mountains upto 5300 meters high the valley is divided by a spur of the "Thajwas Range". Baltal (The Base Camp for Amarnath Pilgrimage) 15 Kms. North of Sonamarg. This little valley lies at the foot hill of Zojila. Return back to Srinagar for Dinner and overnight in hotel / houseboat.

Day 5 : Srinagar Local Sightseeing

After breakfast,leave on a sightseeing tour to the Mughal gardens,visiting the Cheshmashahi (The Royal Spring), Nishat (The Garden of Pleasure), Shalimar (The Abode of Love) and famous Shankracharya temple. Relax the day Shikara ride on the lake. Dinner and overnight at hotel / houseboat.

Day 6 : Srinagar - Gulmarg

After breakfast check-out from houseboat / hotel and proceed to Gulmarg (8700 fts a.s.l). On arrival in Gulmarg check-in hotel. Gulmarg is also known as "Meadow of Flowers" and is a famous Golf Course during summer (which is one of the highest 18-hole golf course in the world) and Ski Resort during winter. Relax the day. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 7 : Gulmarg

After break fast, Free the rest of the day to enjoy and explore the beauty of Gulmarg. One can go for Gondola ride (Cable Car), Khilanmarg, Kongdoori, Alpather lake, Seven Springs and Apharwat (On Self expenses). Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 8 : Gulmarg - Pahalgam

After breakfast check-out from hotel and proceed to Pahalgam (7200 fts a.s.l) "Village of Shepherds" enroute visiting the world famous Saffron growing fields, Awantipura ruins (9th Century) and Martand Temple (Sun temple). Pahalgam is also famous for Indian film Industry (Bollywood). On arrival in Pahalgam check-in hotel. Pahalgam is also famous for some trekking routes & also base camp for Amarnath Pilgrimage. Enjoy the Natural beauty and river lidder. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 9 : Pahalgam

After breakfast FULL DAY FREE TO ENJOY AND EXPLORE THE BEAUTY OF PAHALGAM. One can go to Chandanwari (16 Kms) is starting point of Amarnath Pilgrimage "The abode of Shiva", Aru (10 Kms from Pahalgam) has a fine meadows of Picturesque scenery and starting point of trekking of (Liddarwat, Kolahoi Glacier, Tarsar lake). Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 10 : Pahalgam - Jammu

After breakfast check-out from hotel and proceed to Jammu. On arrival in Jammu check-in hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 11 : Departure Jammu

After breakfast check-out from hotel and proceed to Jammu airport / railway station to board the flight / train for onward destination.
