We organize your tour: We organize
your trip and observe every progress from our own
office. We don’t sell tours to the whole world and
leave you at the mercy of local travel agents at
each location. Though at a few places, we use
services of other agencies to enable us to provide
you with what you want, we still ensure their
efficiency in doing so.
No risk of money: To avoid issues
like theft of credit card details or personal
details we use the safest mode of money transfers.
We either receive by Bank Transfer or Credit Cards
but offline. We don’t ask you to enter your credit
card details online.
Refunds or Cancellation: Don’t
worry if your mate backed out leaving you alone. You
can either travel individually by paying the
supplement or if you drop the idea, then we refund
the complete amount received within a week.
Holiday India Cancellation Policy
You will be subject to a cancellation fee for tours
booked / paid for and later cancelled. Following
deductions shall be applicable:
2 months prior to the arrival date in India - 100%
refund
30 - 60 days prior to arrival date in India - 75%
refund
15 - 30 days prior to arrival date in India - 50%
refund
Less then 15 days prior to arrival date - No Refund
The bank transaction charges shall be deducted on
refund in addition to a $100 administration fee.
Our choice of Hotels: Because you
haven’t been to India doesn’t mean that we will book
a 3 star hotel and charge you for a 4 star category
hotel. Our choice of hotels, clearly speak that we
choose and offer the best in category.
Unlike other tour operators who offer tours to
India, we always try to design a new tour for you.
